Solution Introduction

This solution is based on the main control platform Allwinner_v851s and sensor SOI_F355P, used in smart monitoring IP cameras, suitable for outdoor or indoor use. It adopts a resolution of 1920×1080 with a frame rate of 30. As a 2M monitoring camera, it enhances imaging quality and color fidelity through ISP image calibration technology, achieving stronger light sensitivity and less noise through a dedicated CMOS sensor and post-processing.

V851 is a high-performance, low-power chip launched for edge intelligent monitoring IP cameras, local facial recognition attendance machines, smart home products, integrating H.264/H.265 video compression codec and ISP; supporting HDR wide dynamic range, 3D noise reduction, dehazing, lens distortion correction, and various image enhancement and correction algorithms to provide customers with professional-grade video image quality.

Sensor

JX-F355P is a high-performance 2.0MP BSI CMOS image sensor designed and fabricated with SOI’s 2.9um BSI pixel technology. It has excellent QE performance in the NIR (near-infrared) range, translating to improved night vision at both 850nm and 940nm wavelengths. It can deliver images at 60fps in full-size mode and 30fps in HDR mode.

The JX-F355P consists of a 1928 x 1088 active pixel sensor (APS) array with on-chip 10-bit ADC, programmable gain control (PGA), and correlated double sampling (CDS) to significantly reduce fixed pattern noise (FPN). The sensor also has many standard programmable and automatic functions. It has both the industry-compliant DVP parallel and MIPI CSI2 dual-data lane serial interfaces. The external host controller can access this device through a standard serial interface.

It is available in wafer-level packaged CSP.
