The operation of the Civil Benefit Station recruits volunteers online every day to provide simple convenience services. The number of volunteers signing up each day is uncertain, making it a challenge to manage the station’s door locks. Various methods have been considered, such as placing keys in relatively hidden locations or switching to password locks, all of which have significant drawbacks and are ultimately uncontrollable.
After the transformation, a relatively fixed group of administrators verifies the identity of the registered volunteers and then remotely controls the opening and closing of the door.

The Civil Benefit Station at Citizen Square and the New Jiangnan Civil Benefit Station are over 10 kilometers apart, but with wireless transmission technology, distance is not an issue.
If a volunteer leaves the benefit station and forgets to turn off the air conditioning, it can be remotely shut down;
Streetlight control can be adjusted based on the “sunset and sunrise times” in the Kunshan area, with appropriate delays for turning lights on and off.
