1. Introduction to the Certificate Issuing Authority
The Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established in January 1985 and became an independent legal entity in October 1992. It is a public institution under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, classified as a second-class public institution (equivalent to a bureau-level unit). It is approved by the Office of the Central Institutional Organization Committee and registered with the National Registration and Management Bureau of Public Institutions. The Center supports the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in talent training, talent exchange, intellectual introduction, international exchange, conferences, and exhibitions. It is also the implementing agency for the “National Information Professional Technical Talent Knowledge Update Project” and the “Information Engineer” project, under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
2. Occupational Definition
‌Embedded application design refers to the design of embedded application systems characterized by real-time performance, specificity, and limited resources through various methods. Embedded application design involves defining the system’s functions, determining the system architecture, and mapping functions to the system implementation architecture. This process includes not only the software system architecture but also the design of the hardware system architecture.3. Application Requirements(Must meet one of the following conditions)

Possess a relevant vocational school, technical school, or higher education degree.
Willing to engage in work related to the examination project.
