Submit electronic photo requirements: (1) Background color: white; (2) Photo specifications: 2-inch recent front-facing color half-length ID photo, size 358 * 441 pixels, resolution 350dpi, JPG format; (3) Photo size: between 14-20KB; (4) File naming: name the file in the format “NameIDNumber.JPG”, without adding + signs in between.
