Press the “WIN” key + “R” key on your keyboard

Type “ncpa.cpl” (without quotes), and press Enter
How to Set Up an IP Address

Right-click on “Local Area Connection” or “Ethernet”, and select “Properties”. Scroll down until you find “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” in the image, and double-click it
How to Set Up an IP Address

Select the radio button highlighted in red in the image above, and enter the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS provided by the campus network self-service system. After ensuring everything is correct, click OK, and then click OK again. (Both OK buttons need to be clicked)
