Holtek has launched a new Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit USB OTG microcontroller HT32F49041, designed for high-performance computing and USB application scenarios. It features an efficient Cortex®-M4 core, providing a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and data types. This core implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU), enhancing numerical computation performance and application security. The microcontroller offers various power-saving modes, making it particularly suitable for application scenarios such as embedded systems, computer peripherals, industrial automation, motor control, the Internet of Things, and consumer electronics, positioning it as a cost-effective entry-level choice for Cortex®-M4 core USB OTG applications.

HT32F49041 can operate at a maximum speed of 96MHz, with a working voltage range of 2.4V to 3.6V, and is compliant with an industrial temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃. Its main resources include 64KB of Flash memory, 20KB of SRAM, and a rich set of peripherals: such as a 12-bit 16-channel ADC with a sampling rate of up to 2Msps ×1, 6 general-purpose timers (16-bit) ×6, 1 general-purpose timer (32-bit) ×1, 1 advanced timer ×1, 2 basic timers ×2, 2 I²C interfaces, 3 SPI/I²S interfaces, 4 USART interfaces, 1 IRTMR, 1 OTGFS (supports Xtal-less operation in device mode), and 1 CAN interface. It is available in 20TSSOP, 32QFN, and 48/64LQFP packages, with up to 55 GPIO pins depending on the package type.

HT32F49041 provides a complete set of development resources, including hardware development kits, peripheral driver function libraries (Firmware Library), and application examples, supporting Keil MDK and IAR EWARM development environments.
