Product Introduction

1. Product Overview:
The LCP037A series (LCP037AH31ES8/LCP037AK31EU8/LCP037AK31EV8) is a high-performance processor integrated with a Cortex-M0 core, designed for applications such as motor control. It also integrates three independent PMOS, three independent NMOS gate driver modules, and a 5.0V, 50mA LDO integrated chip.

· Supports three low-power modes: sleep mode, stop mode, ultra-low power stop mode

1.2 Memory
· 32KBytes embedded Flash (32-bit width), supports prefetch and read/write protection
· 4KBytes SRAM (32-bit width), divided into two independent partitions, each 2Kbytes
1.3 Reset and Power
· Power supply and I/O from 1.8V to 5.5V
· Two LDOs, one for low-power always-on/backup power domain, one for the core power domain during system operation
· High-precision power-on and power-down reset (POR_PDR)
· Programmable low-voltage reset (LVR), with 8 low-voltage reset points: 1.6V, 1.8V, 2.0V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.5V, 4.0V

1.7 Pre-driver Chip Overview
The pre-driver chip is a cost-effective three-phase PMOS and NMOS gate driver dedicated chip, internally integrating LDO, dead-time control circuit, undervoltage shutdown circuit, lockout circuit, and output driver circuit, used for motor controllers and power driver circuits. The power supply voltage range is 6V to 36V, with static power consumption less than 1mA. It has an internal 5V output LDO to power external MCUs and other devices. When the input voltage exceeds 12V, to better match the P/N MOS, the LO output maximum voltage is 11V, and the HO output minimum voltage is VCC minus 11V. The LO output current capability is IO+/- 0.045/0.28A, and the HO output current capability is IO+/- 0.26/0.04A.
