This chip is manufactured using a fully domestic 28nm HKC+ process and FC-BGA packaging, and is a SoC chip product that integrates high-performance protocol processing, efficient data caching, and high-speed communication transmission functions. The product adopts a dual-core architecture, integrating a high-performance protocol processing acceleration unit, a high-speed large-capacity caching unit, and a high-speed data transmission unit, enabling efficient sending, processing, and transmission of data. Additionally, the chip uses an efficient and reliable clock/power/power management unit, allowing for precise distribution of on-chip clock and power as well as dynamic control of multi-level energy consumption, effectively enhancing the overall performance and stability of the chip. It is also equipped with interface units such as SRIO, SPI, UART, and GPIO, enabling multi-peripheral docking and expansion of various application services, providing strong versatility and flexibility.
