The GK7203V1 series adopts a dual-core architecture of “ARM Cortex-A7 + RISC-V”, integrates a 0.2T general-purpose NPU, supports STR low-power standby, and is equipped with 64MB/128MB DDR, supporting DDR self-refresh. It supports H.264 encoding and 1296P HD video processing, while also integrating rich peripheral interfaces such as RTC, POR, USB2.0, SDIO, SPI, UART, I2C, and RGB/I80/BT.656/BT.1120/SPI for screen connection, providing customers with a more competitive E-BOM solution in low power consumption, multi-view imaging, intelligent algorithms, and display applications.

The GK7203V1 series achieves low-power design with three major advantages. First, it features ultra-low standby power consumption. Supporting STR standby, the power consumption in AOV mode for a 2MP@1fps scene can be controlled to nearly 40mW, while combining NPU technology for rapid and accurate target detection, effectively solving the power loss caused by frequent activations due to false detections. Second, it supports high-precision fill light control. By synchronizing AOV image acquisition with fill light, the energy consumption of battery-operated devices is further reduced, extending battery life. Third, it supports fast startup acceleration design. The GK7203V1 series has a built-in MCU module, paired with a fast-start Linux system, making development simple while significantly reducing the time to stabilize the first frame of the image, providing users with an immediate experience.

The GK7203V1 series supports MIPI dual-camera access, expandable to four cameras, and supports mixed input modes of MIPI and DVP, compatible with multi-resolution sensors to meet the needs of various scenarios such as gunball, long and short focus, and multi-angle monitoring.

Based on the 0.2T NPU computing platform, the GK7203V1 series provides an open toolchain to support customer-customized algorithm deployment and simultaneously offers over 30 intelligent algorithms for free licensing, covering core scenarios such as facial recognition, target detection, and behavior analysis, significantly lowering the threshold for intelligent development for small and medium enterprises and accelerating the implementation of AI vision technology in various scenarios.

The GK7203V1 series has rich display adaptation capabilities, supporting RGB serial and parallel screens, i80 and SPI interface screens, while also being compatible with BT.656/BT.1120 output standards, achieving maximum performance of 1280×720@60fps, providing a variety of display interaction interface options.

With low power consumption, multi-view capabilities, an open NPU, and a wealth of free algorithms, the GK7203V1 series is expected to become the core engine for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in the consumer-grade IPC market. In the future, Guokai Micro will continue to deepen the “chip + algorithm + ecosystem” three-dimensional driving model, promoting the deep development of AI vision technology towards a more inclusive direction through technological innovation and ecosystem co-construction, truly benefiting a wider range of groups and industries.
