To learn advanced IoT construction experience and enhance digital management levels, Chief Engineer Dong Mancang led relevant personnel and business backbones to Qili Village Oilfield to carry out benchmarking exchanges.
During the exchange, the benchmarking team first visited the cloud oil extraction studio of Qili Village Oilfield, checking the basic situation of equipment facilities, data collection, personnel allocation, etc. Subsequently, at the Qili Village Heijia Fortress Oil Extraction Team, they learned about the IoT, vehicle networking, and oil well monitoring operation modes, and listened to how the oil extraction team collects and analyzes data through the installation of self-developed oil well tank level gauges, thereby significantly reducing labor and operation & maintenance costs; how to ensure that every drop of water can achieve maximum utility through an intelligent water injection scheduling system.
In addition, the benchmarking team learned about the team’s experience in the IoT system construction process, including how to select suitable sensor devices, how to build an efficient data transmission network, and how to process and analyze the large amount of collected data. Production operation department Wang Huaqing exclaimed: “This benchmarking learning trip was truly worthwhile. The Heijia Fortress Oil Extraction Team collects and analyzes data through advanced models and self-developed equipment, significantly reducing labor and operation & maintenance costs. It is truly worth learning from!”
This visit and learning not only deepened the friendship between brother units but also provided new ideas and directions for the application of IoT technology in the oil extraction factory. In the next step, the Fuxian Oil Extraction Factory will continue to learn advanced management experiences and models, continuously focusing on IoT construction work, and contribute more to the construction of digital oilfields.
