The “Kua Fu” robot stands at the entrance of the station, using precise sound source localization to identify visiting guests, combined with a flexible humanoid gait to achieve intelligent welcoming. Many visitors are attracted by this high-tech greeter and take photos to commemorate the moment.
The station staff stated: “The introduction of the robot is an attempt at upgrading our services. It not only attracts foot traffic but, more importantly, brings a novel experience to our guests, receiving positive feedback from many customers.”

This “Kua Fu” robot is equipped with an advanced voice interaction system, featuring a 6-microphone array that enables precise sound source localization and voice recognition. Even in the noisy environment of a coffee shop, it can accurately respond to guests’ greetings.
Although it currently mainly performs welcoming duties, the robot has strong potential for functional expansion. According to the staff: “We are exploring ways for the robot to participate in ordering recommendations, product introductions, and more service aspects.”

On August 21, 2025, Leju Robotics’ “Kua Fu 4Pro” intelligent explanation robot was officially launched at the Suzhou Bay Museum. It has taken on the identity of “Wu Xiaobo” to participate in the permanent exhibition “Wu Rhythm Jiangnan – Wujiang Historical and Cultural Display,” providing professional guiding services for visitors.
