Introduction to DIW Fine Direct Write 3D Printing Equipment

Qiyu Technology’s DIW Fine Direct Write 3D printing equipment is a self-developed model that uses the internationally recognized printing technology—Direct Ink Writing (DIW technology), and is equipped with self-developed ADT slicing software—”ADT-Slicer” and “CAD-Slicer”, enabling automatic generation of fine direct write technology paths; it supports multi-material and multi-model printing,compatible with various material systems, with 3 nozzles combined into 1, suitable for microstructure forming.

The DIW 3D printing equipment has strong material compatibility, capable of printing collagen, gelatin, PLA, PLGA, bio-silicone, and other biological materials, while it can also print L929, HEPG2, MCST3 and other cell tissues. In terms of ceramic materials, it can successfully print materials such as hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate, alumina, barium titanate, titanium dioxide, and ceramic clay.

Currently, our DIW 3D printing equipment product line includes three models, which are introduced below with their basic parameters:

1. DIW 3D Printing Equipment Entry Version: The entry version has dimensions of 460*390*700mm, with a maximum forming area of 100*100*100mm and 120*120*120mm, and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±100μm and ±50μm, the latter equipped with 405nm UV curing.

2. DIW 3D Printing Equipment Standard Version: The standard version has dimensions of 590*470*750mm, with a maximum forming area of 150*150*150mm, and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±5μm, with a base heating function that can heat up to 80°, equipped with 405nm UV curing.

3. DIW 3D Printing Equipment Advanced Custom Version: In addition to the above two versions, we also offer an advanced custom version of the DIW equipment. The advanced version of the DIW equipment, in addition to being equipped with our self-developed ADT-Slicer cyclic slicing engine technology, also supports 4D printing, and can be optionally equipped with low-viscosity piezoelectric jet printing nozzles, high-temperature piezoelectric jet printing nozzles, and high-precision screw printing nozzles, along with other more powerful modules. Integrates basic slicing functions of Cura and undergoes secondary development to incorporate direct write printing.2. Aims for one-pass forming to improve printing success rates, with customizable spacing settings.3. Supports single model-multi material and multi model-multi material printing, curling after sintering in the preset direction, ultimately achieving 4D printing.4. Layer parameters can be precisely set.5.
