Equipment Function Description
The equipment can perform automated functional testing on the specified UUT. The main functions and features of the testing device include:
- The system can achieve functional testing and data recording of the UUT;
- It can achieve automated loading and unloading and automated testing, generating test reports with strong repeatability;
- The system collects and outputs various electrical signals required by the UUT, including switch signals, analog signals, bus signals, power signals, frequency signals, etc.;
- The testing device should not affect the functional characteristics of the tested item itself;
- Reduce testing time and accelerate testing pace;
- Minimize manual intervention to reduce labor costs, time costs, and testing errors;
- The human-machine interface is convenient and easy to operate;
- Rich testing functions;
- The entire device is built in a modular way, making testing functions easy to expand and maintain;
- The system software development platform is easy to learn.

Product Design Solutions
Product Design Solutions

The testing personnel only need to click the start button. The entire testing process is fully automated, requiring no additional participation from the operators.
The system uses a modular design, where each fixture can load a tested item and is connected to the test cabinet via a testing cable. One fixture and one testing cable constitute a testing module unit, creating a testing environment for one tested item. If more parallel testing units are needed, additional testing module units can be added.
Custom Fixtures

Pneumatic automatic control fixtures directly contact multiple directional connectors on the test item, ensuring continuity of the test signals between the tested item and the testing system. Control is achieved through software, with pneumatic control pins pressing the tested item together.The back of the fixture is designed with standard aviation plug interfaces.
