Allwinner T536 | Quad-core A55 + Dual RISC-V + 3T NPU, High-Performance Smart Industrial Chip

The T536 is a chip developed for industrial control and smart energy applications, integrating a quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 CPU, dual RISC-V MCUs, and a 3T NPU, along with a rich set of interfaces including four CAN-FD ports, to meet the common computational and interface requirements in industrial scenarios.

In terms of visual imaging, the T536 is equipped with a self-developed codec module and AI ISP, along with a series of algorithms suitable for industrial applications. Additionally, the chip is compatible with the newly designed Tina AIoT OS platform for industrial scenarios, which, combined with the AMP architecture, can meet the demands for heterogeneous, high real-time performance, and high reliability in industrial environments.

Regarding security, the T536 implements a trusted execution environment based on ARM TrustZone, supporting general encryption and national secret algorithms, as well as ECC end-to-end data verification and error correction.

The T536 meets quality standards for industrial-grade products, including an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, a lifespan of over 10 years, and a defect rate of less than 100 ppm.

The T536 provides algorithm support for various scenarios, including industrial security, industrial cameras, robotic vision, and robotic interaction.
