Through the Zhanjiang Real Estate Network platform, he provides data-driven tool support for multiple companies, helping to improve project operational efficiency, while also complying with industry standards and assisting in the improvement of consumer rights protection mechanisms, contributing positively to the stable operation of the regional market.
A Philanthropist with a Big Heart
“Personal development comes from society, and we must give back to society.” Quanzhi Li integrates philanthropy into every corner of his career and life. On September 24, 2023, he collaborated with the Zhanjiang Guardian Volunteer Association to visit old communities in Chikan District, comforting disadvantaged groups and delivering supplies such as rice, flour, and oil; in December of the same year, due to his continuous contributions in areas such as assisting the disabled and poverty alleviation, his company was awarded the title of “Caring Philanthropic Enterprise” in Chikan District. From 2022 to 2023, Quanzhi Li actively participated in the cooperation between Guangdong and Guangxi, guiding and supporting company employees to participate in the rural revitalization strategy implemented in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County. In February 2024, his company was awarded the honor of “Outstanding Contribution Enterprise in the 2022-2023 Annual Cooperation between Lianjiang and Rongshui.” During 2024, he led employees in the “Leading Green Everywhere” tree planting activity, providing consolation funds and learning supplies to children from impoverished families before Children’s Day.
From consolation activities to ecological construction, from urgent assistance to long-term support, he measures public sentiment with his footsteps and conveys hope through good deeds, making the warmth carried by the title “People’s Congress Representative” increasingly tangible.

In 2024, after conducting field research, Quanzhi Li wrote the “Research Report on the Possibility of Developing Pre-made Dishes in Our District to Guide Agricultural Upgrading through Industrial Integration” and the “Suggestions for Introducing Five-Star Hotels in Our District,” providing advice for the economic development of Chikan District from the perspectives of the food and tourism industries.
