Fire Automatic Alarm System
Time – 3s
① The fire linkage controller should issue a control signal to activate the related controlled equipment within 3 s.
② The fire display panel should be able to receive the fire alarm signal from the connected fire alarm controller and should emit fire alarm sound and light signals within 3 s after the fire alarm controller issues the fire alarm signal.
③ Upon receiving a call from the fire telephone extension, the fire telephone main unit should emit a call sound and light signal within 3 s.
④ The emergency lighting controller should issue a system emergency start signal within 3 s after receiving the fire alarm signal from the fire alarm controller. (Note: Total emergency state activation time ≤ 5s)
Time – 10s
① When a fire detector or manual fire alarm button sends an alarm signal, the fire alarm controller should emit fire alarm sound and light signals within 10 s and maintain it until reset. (Note: Signal issued within 3s, sound and light activated within 10s)
② If the fire linkage controller does not receive the required feedback signal within 10 s after issuing the start signal, it should activate the light signal to flash and maintain until the fire linkage controller receives the feedback signal.
③ The graphical display device in the fire control room should display the status information of the input fire alarm signal and feedback signal within 10 s.
④ The fire emergency broadcast equipment should issue broadcast information within 10 s after entering the emergency broadcast state.
⑤ For the requirement of alternating playback of fire sound alarms and fire emergency broadcasts, use 1 sound alarm followed by 1-2 fire broadcasts, with the sound alarm duration of 8s～20s and the fire emergency broadcast duration of 10s～30s.
⑥ The electrical fire monitoring equipment should be able to receive monitoring alarm signals from electrical fire monitoring detectors and should emit sound and light alarm signals within 10 s. (Note: On-site detector faults should issue alarm signals within 30 s and fault signals within 100 s.)
Time – 30s
① Linear beam smoke detectors and linear temperature detectors should issue fire alarm signals within 30 s.
② When the combustible gas detector reaches the alarm set value, it should issue an alarm signal within 30 s.
③ Residual current electrical fire detectors should be able to issue alarm signals within 30 s.
Time – 100s
① When a fault occurs in the on-site equipment, internal controller, or between the controller and its connected components, the controller should issue a fault sound and light signal within 100 s and maintain it until the fault is cleared.
② When a fault occurs between the fire linkage controller and the fire alarm controller or its connected components, the fire linkage controller should issue a fault sound and light signal within 100 s and maintain it until the fault is cleared.
③ Linear temperature fire detectors should output a fault alarm signal and light the fault indicator within 100 s when a fault occurs.

Smoke Control and Exhaust System
Time – 15s
① After a fire is confirmed in the fire compartment, the system should be able to activate the normally closed pressurized air supply ports and pressurized air supply fans within 15 s.
② After the fire is confirmed, the fire automatic alarm system should activate all smoke exhaust valves, smoke outlets, smoke exhaust fans, and make-up air facilities in the corresponding smoke control zone within 15 s.
③ After the fire is confirmed, the fire automatic alarm system should activate all movable smoke barriers in the corresponding smoke control zone within 15 s.
Time – 30s
① After the smoke exhaust system is activated, it should automatically close the ventilation and air conditioning systems unrelated to smoke exhaust within 30 s.
Time – 60s
① After the fire is confirmed, the smoke barrier should be fully opened within 60 s.
② Automatic smoke exhaust windows can be controlled to operate in conjunction with the fire automatic alarm system and temperature release devices. When automatically started with the fire automatic alarm system, the automatic smoke exhaust windows should be fully opened within 60 s or within the time it takes for smoke to fill the smoke storage chamber.

Fire Water System
Time – 5min
① The electrical control cabinet for the fire pump should ensure that the fire pump operates normally within 5 min during emergency startup.
Time – 2min
① When the main pump fails, the backup pump should automatically start with a delay, and the pump startup time should not exceed 2 min.
Time – 1min
① During the dry system test, after opening the end test water device, the system filling time should not exceed 1 min.

Other Time Requirements Summary
Backup Power – 3h
① The emergency lighting controller with a built-in battery should ensure that the controller continues to operate for at least 3h after the main power supply is cut off.
Water Replenishment Time – 8h
① The replenishment time for the fire water tank should not exceed 8h.
Maintenance and Drill Cycle – Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually
① The fire drill cycle for high-risk units is quarterly.
② The maintenance time for fans, ducts, and fan control cabinets is quarterly.
③ The fire drill cycle for key fire safety units is semi-annually.
④ The comprehensive inspection of building fire facilities and maintenance time for terminal distribution devices is annually.
⑤ The cleaning cycle for detectors with a dirt reporting function and no clear instructions is every two years.
