Response from Shenyang Metro Group Co., Ltd:Currently, the dynamic map display of Shenyang Metro shows a full line map when departing and a platform information map upon arrival. (1) Regarding the suggestion to switch to a multi-screen display mode, if changed to three screens, it would result in excessive switching frequency and a too-short display time for the full line map, which may cause passengers to miss information and potentially miss their stop. Additionally, due to the parameters of the dynamic map equipment, frequent switching of display screens would increase the burden on the processor, possibly leading to lag. (2) Regarding the issue of the door opening direction not being displayed in a timely manner, the train currently announces the opening side when approaching the station and also announces it just before arrival, and the dynamic map display shows the opening side prompt, which meets passenger needs. (3) Regarding the suggestion to only display the current station enlarged on the far left, the current station name is displayed in a large font at the middle position below the full line map and platform information map, allowing passengers to better obtain information. Additionally, the current display of three station maps provides a richer effect, showing the current station and the two adjacent stations, while also indicating the forward direction, better meeting passenger needs.
