




Device Overview
The Sheno SOC8000 digital program-controlled dispatching machine is designed and developed according to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T G.712, G.732) standards. It not only has the rich functions of a digital program-controlled dispatching machine but also possesses powerful management and office functions of a digital program-controlled switch. It can achieve the integration of dispatching users and administrative users, adapting to both digital communication environments and any analog communication environments. At the same time, this system design is based on national conditions and has technical innovations, making it an ideal new type of command and dispatching equipment for dedicated networks and medium to large enterprises in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, coal mining, military affairs, public security, and the armed forces.
It has a special communication equipment network access license for electric power (License No: DDJ-2024-184-008).

Main Features
1 The system is designed as a non-blocking switching network: with a capacity of 1024×1024 or 2048×2048 specifications, ensuring that the system’s calls, dispatches, and communications are non-blocking;2. Main control hot backup function: the system can be configured with 2 main CPU boards. During normal operation, the first main control board works while the second board is in backup status. If the first board fails, it will automatically switch to the second main control board, waiting for the first board to be replaced and reinserted. Manual switching to any main board is possible to ensure uninterrupted communication;3. Rich relay interfaces: can be equipped with E/M, carrier, magnetic, NO.1, NO.7, PRI, VOIP, and various interconnecting relays;4. Dispatching meetings use proprietary DSP chip technology, providing clear sound quality, loud volume, flexible settings, and supporting multi-party conference calls for internal and external lines;5. The system adopts a modular structure, with scalability and online update and upgrade capabilities, allowing flexible expansion according to user configuration requirements;6. Remote maintenance technology enables remote user parameter management, settings, troubleshooting, technical consultation, and training;7. Lightning protection: the device employs a three-level lightning protection system and has passed the K20 lightning test, fully meeting safety requirements for lightning-prone areas;8. Supports the development of customized functions.


System Composition
1. Dispatching Host: Implements all call functions, switching functions, dispatching functions, and networking functions. Depending on user requirements, the dispatching host can achieve the integration of dispatching users and administrative users to fully utilize resources.2. Dispatching Console: This is the platform for specific dispatching operations. Dispatchers can observe the usage status of all dispatching users and perform dispatching operations. The dispatching console is set up with keys corresponding to called numbers, allowing one-key calling. The dispatching console uses Danish keys, with single consoles having 64, 128, or 256 keys. A single host can connect to 1-32 dispatching consoles, divided into 8 groups.
3. Maintenance Terminal Management Software: Controls and manages the parameter settings of the dispatching host and console, including data management, backup, maintenance, monitoring, dispatching parameter settings, and billing management.4. Digital Recording System: Can record any extension or relay belonging to the digital dispatching machine.
PC Configuration Requirements
1. Hardware Configuration: Pentium II 300 MHz or above, memory 64 M or above, available hard disk space 26 G or above, and one serial port.2. Software Configuration: This system can be installed and run under Windows 98/2000/XP and other operating systems.3. PC Connection Distance: Normal distance ≤30 m, with 422 interface ≤1 Km (factory configuration 10 m (5-core wire)).
