4, OPC Reverse: In sequence: “(Mute, Menu, 6, 7, 2)”, the screen will light up and re-enter the factory menu, then select screen parameters.
5 USB Upgrade Method::
1. Copy the file to the root directory of the USB drive (rename the file to ap.bin)
2. Switch the TV to TV source.
3. Insert the USB drive into USB1.
4. Using the remote control, press the “Menu” key to display the main menu; in this environment, sequentially press “6”, “1”, “6”, “9” to enter the upgrade file search process.
5. After finding the file, press “-》” (i.e., select “Yes”), then press “OK” to confirm and start the upgrade.
6. After the upgrade is complete, the power will automatically clear the E2PROM data, reselect screen parameters and series (the factory menu will automatically enter)
7. Change screen parameters and product series as needed.
6 Technical Modification:
1. ITV32820 42820F Adjustment of Power-On Volume 35
ITV32820 users feel that the power-on volume always returns to 35 (the remote control power-on is also) which is very loud and annoying, especially when used in the bedroom. The problem was solved by modifying the bus data, the specific method is as follows: In TV status, reduce the volume to 0, press mute for more than 6 seconds, then enter the bus by pressing the menu key on the device. In item 13 of ENTER DMENU (i.e., D mode) under the SOUND CURVE section, you will see the original volume setting data for 5 groups. Change it to 666, 626, 606, 556, 366 (the greater the number, the lower the volume), then the simulated volume of 35 will be normal. Exit the bus by turning off the remote control. Then power on and enter the “LeJiao” state to enter the bus once again using the same method to adjust the volume setting data (the same as in TV mode, meaning it needs to be adjusted twice), exit the bus by turning off the remote control. The power-on test works normally.

4, Technical Modification:
1. LT32710, LT37710 Processing Plan for Current Sound When AV Signal Appears: The LS23 mainboard products LT32710, LT37710 have recently received user feedback about the loud current sound phenomenon. When receiving AV signal, the current sound is relatively loud, increasing the brightness of the machine slightly reduces it, while adjusting the image mode to soft significantly increases the current sound compared to the bright mode. There is also a slight current sound when receiving TV signal with a blue screen. This is due to the machine having a light-sensitive function (screen brightness changes with ambient light). If the user does not accept this phenomenon, temporary handling can be done as follows:
Bus method: In the power-on state, sequentially perform mute -> menu -> press “7” “2” “1” “7” four keys to enter the factory menu -> use channel up and down keys to enter the “SYSTEM” item -> select both LS VALID and BL VALID to 0.2. Intermittent Black Screen or Distorted Screen: In the “SYSTEM” item -> set HVSYNC PATCH to 0.
4. LT22629 Noise Issue Can Try the Following Changes:: Cancel R196 and C133/C138, increase R203 and R208 (0 ohm), i.e., cancel the operational amplifier circuit.
At this time, changing the volume will decrease, and you can enter the factory mode to select SERIAL ID in the SYSTEM to 630.
LM24Mainboard:

2. Bus Entry:: Menu +08166180+OK
1. Rename the file to be upgraded to MTKDTV.BIN, copy it to the USB drive, then insert the USB drive into any USB port on the side of the device.
2. Press the TV/AV button on the remote control, after the source menu list appears, use the up and down keys to select the Multimedia source, at this time pressing the right key will show a small menu, wait for the system to recognize the USB drive in about 3 seconds. Press the right key to load the contents of the USB drive, the system automatically detects if there is MTKDTV.BIN, assuming it is found, a prompt will appear on the screen asking if you want to upgrade, then press the OK key (it is best to press it several times; if the indicator light on the device stops flashing, it indicates that the upgrade has started), note that the power must not be turned off during this time, otherwise, it will be impossible to upgrade through the USB drive later.
3. Wait about 2 minutes for the system to complete the upgrade, it will automatically restart, at this time the system program has been upgraded.
4. To check if the upgrade was successful, it is best to power on again to enter M mode to check if the version number is consistent with the just upgraded MTKDTV.BIN. If consistent, it is successful. Then turn off the power and power on again for normal operation.
3 Technical Modification:
1. LT32720 Red Light Flashing Regularly: Cold boot is normal, after a period of time, the indicator light flashes regularly, but the image and sound are normal, after turning off and powering on again, it is normal. After a while, it starts to flash, the indicator light flashing regularly is a signal that the main chip checks the feedback from the invert part, indicating that there is an error in the power invert part. Currently, two manufacturers’ screens are used on LT32720: AUO and LG plastic back panel screens. If using AUO screens, the software does not check this signal; if this fault occurs with this type of screen, check the main software to see if the screen model is selected correctly; if it is LG screens, check the voltage at either end of resistor R262, if it is high level, check if there is a 47K resistor in CB221, and that R122 is not installed. If both resistors are correct, check the main chip or software issue. Software: Originally version 1.14, after checking the screen parameters, the fault persists. Upgrading to version 1.20 after changing screen parameters resolves the issue.
2. 720 Series TV Cold Boot Without Remote Control or Short Remote Control Distance: Change resistor R163 on the mainboard from 0 ohm to 100 ohm.
LS26Mainboard:
1. Applicable Models:: LT26729, LT32729, LT37729, LT40729F, LT42729F, LT46729F, LT42710F
2. Entering Factory Mode Method:: In TV mode, enter the factory mode menu by pressing the following sequence: Mute-Menu-Digital Key 6-Digital Key 1-Digital Key 1-Digital Key 5.
3. USB Upgrade Method::
1 Copy the upgrade program to the root directory of the USB drive, the file is: MSTFLASH_LONG_FILE_NAME; when in standby, insert the USB drive into the USB interface;
2. Press and hold any key on the device’s button panel except the POWER key, then press the POWER key on the remote control or button panel to power on; (Home Appliance Repair Forum www.jdwx.info)
3. Observe if the indicator light flashes quickly, and whether the screen displays “USB device found”; if not, turn off the power and repeat steps 2 and 3; if yes, release the button, at this time the screen displays “Chip erasing Don’t power off”, entering automatic upgrade status;
4. Observe the prompts on the screen; if it says “Update finished”, the upgrade is complete; if it displays “Please re-boot the system” then turn off the power. The image quality improvement circuit upgrade method: 1) Change the file name to: mfc_ls26i.bin, 2) The upgrade method is the same as the main program USB upgrade.
4 Technical Modification:
1. LT32729 Method to Solve Non-Standard Signal: Enter “Factory Mode”, then use the left and right keys to select “INDEX 12”, then down key to select “ENTER_DMENU”, right key to enter this menu and select “VD NONSTANDARD”, right key to enter with three options as follows: D4[7:0] 44 D5[2] 0D8[3:2] 3 to explore adjustment methods, first adjust a single value, then combine adjustments, the adjustment range is 1. For example: first perform a single adjustment, only adjust D4[7:0] to 44 -> 45 (or 43) after adjusting, power off and power on to check if it improves; if not, continue to change this value. The same applies for D5 and D8 values. (Note: each adjustment must be verified after powering off and on).
2. LT46729F Screen Parameter Change Distortion, Automatic Small Picture: Software upgrade resolves the issue.
3. LT42729F TV: The sound has switched, but the image does not switch: Upgrade the software to version 1.19 or above.
4. LT42729F Noise Appears After 10 Minutes of Power-On: Enter the menu and change “Energy Saving Mode” to “Off”, the noise disappears.
5. LT46729F Intermittent Black Screen Fault: Cancel the resistor R323 on the power board. Mainly to cancel the protection of the lamp.
LS26IMainboard:

DLS04Mainboard (LS19 Mainboard):

2. Entering Factory Mode: After pressing the TV/AV key, quickly press the 2, 5, 8, 0 number keys in sequence to enter the factory mode menu;
3. Factory Menu and its Settings:
Enter the factory menu to repair and adjust the following items:
Software upgrade
PANNEL SET LC320WXN-SBD1 (Different sizes of the whole machine have different parameters)
Software Version: LDLS04-M32-V1.12U-WL (Different software versions have different parameters for the whole machine)
4. Technical Modification:
LT55810U Automatic Shutdown: Change R286 to 10 ohms; R47 increase to 10K. Standby power board: (STR-A6059H): R831 changed to 10 ohms. Power board (HS488-4N01); C24 he C25 he C26 original thin capacitor changed to thick capacitor (2.2UF), cancel diode D34 he D36.
LS28/28iMainboard:

3. USB Upgrade Method::
LS28i mainboard software upgrade has two methods as follows:
1) Upgrade in factory mode
Put the upgrade file in the root directory of the USB drive, select “Software Upgrade” and press the “Confirm” key, at this time the system will reboot and enter the upgrade process; during the upgrade process, do not lose power.
2) MBOOT upgrade (Home Appliance Repair Forum www.jdwx.info)
Used in case of factory mode upgrade failure or if there is no program in NAND FLASH, the method is as follows:
Put the upgrade file in the root directory of the USB drive, insert the USB drive into USB1 or USB2 port, then press and hold a non-power button on the device, then press the remote control 3 to power on, entering the upgrade status, at this time the green light flashes.
Note: The upgrade software corresponding to the two upgrade methods is different! Before upgrading, confirm the file name of the upgrade file and select the corresponding upgrade method! Generally, the upgrade software is upgraded using the first method!
5 Technical Modification:
1.LT32920E Remote Shutdown Interference Noise: Increase resistor R233 (8.2K)
2.850EB Image Flipping Processing Method: In the factory menu, the 8 item design mode – enter the 7 item other mode – switch the screen mirror, then standby and power on.

5. Technical Modification:
1. LT32710 (L15) Noise Technical Modification: The power supply model used for this machine is R-HS120-4S01. After analysis by Xinrui Company, it is confirmed that the noise appears due to the frequency jitter function used by the main IC on this power supply. The ripple frequency of 24V is 500HZ, leading to the appearance of noise; increase the capacitance of the frequency jitter capacitor C26 to 47nf, measure the ripple frequency of 24V to be 100HZ, the machine has basically no noise.
2. LT32729. LT46729 Black Screen Technical Modification: LT32729 cold boot black screen, hot machine black screen, change C347 to 2.2UF. If it doesn’t work, change to 1K. LT46729 machine cancel resistor R323.
LS30Mainboard:

3. USB Upgrade Method::
1. Copy the upgrade program to the root directory of the USB drive, the file name must be “MERGE”;
2. Power on the main device, switch the signal source to TV source, and insert the USB drive into USB1 interface.
3. In TV source, input Menu 6 1 1 8 to enter the upgrade mode, and follow the prompts to operate.
LS39Mainboard:

2. Bus Entry Method: Set the volume to 0, then sequentially press the mute, menu, 0912 on the remote control.
3. USB Upgrade Method:
Step 1: Copy the upgrade program to the root directory of the USB drive, the file name must be: Merge.bin;
Step 2: In standby, insert the USB drive into USB2 interface;
Step 3: Power on the remote control, switch to TV source;
Step 4: Use the remote control “Menu” key to bring up the main menu, then input “6”, “1”, “2”, “8” to enter the upgrade interface, and follow the prompts to upgrade;
Step 5: After the upgrade is complete, the TV will automatically restart, initialize the early data, and enter the factory debugging menu;
Step 6: Reconfigure screen parameters and serial number, note: some screens may appear black screen after upgrading, after completing the upgrade and restarting, press “Mute” + “Menu” + “0” + “9” + “1” + “2” + “6” + “7” + “2” in sequence to switch internal and external dimming, the screen will be lit again, then select screen parameters and serial number;

The TV will automatically force upgrade, and after the upgrade is complete, the TV will automatically restart.
