According to reports, TSMC’s 2nm process first adopts nanosheet (Nanosheet) transistor structure, which significantly optimizes performance, power consumption, and yield. Compared to the existing N3E process, logic density is increased by 1.2 times, performance can be improved by up to 18% at the same power consumption, and power consumption can be reduced by approximately 36% at the same performance level.
