# Key Renovation Points
① Storage planning was designed at the junction of the main and secondary bedrooms and the hallway;
② The north balcony was incorporated into the interior and transformed into a western kitchen area, addressing the previous kitchen’s insufficient storage;
③ The secondary bedroom was converted into a yoga room, with doors facing the living room, and a double-door design enhances fluidity and adds a sense of ceremony.
01 / Entrance
Smart sensing lights, minimalist yet sophisticated

The entrance cabinet features vintage golden handles, with lighting designed in the hollow sections. The smart sensing system allows voice control of the entrance lights via Tmall Genie.
A home is a space where one can freely express oneself upon entering, and the minimalist homeowner does not wish for an overly complicated entrance. Simple designs with highly functional storage create a pleasant daily entrance. The refreshing white cabinet body and walls effectively mitigate the oppressive feeling of a large cabinet blocking the entrance.
A vibrant piece of art stands in the corner, subtly adding liveliness to this restrained and calm corner.
02 / Living Room
Using colors and furniture to differentiate space functions

The deep wooden herringbone floor enhances the visual depth of the living room, while the deep blue leather sofa echoes the blue TV wall cabinet, bringing harmony and unity to the space.
The refreshing blue and white palette, the stability of the dark wooden floor, and the partial use of marble and brass elements, along with the incorporation of art pieces and sculptures, create a distinct layered space. Although different elements are skillfully blended, the design achieves a calm yet artistic decor style.
A deep blue TV background wall serves as the visual center of the living room, while the embedded hidden cabinets perfectly solve the issue of insufficient living room storage.
Furthermore, the designer skillfully uses furniture to differentiate spaces; the sofa placed in a corner serves to divide the balcony and living room functions, making the arrangement more flexible without compromising the sense of openness in the space.

A projector is hung above the door, allowing for cinema-quality viewing experience at home. The side table next to the sofa is a must-have item, compact and flexible, taking up little space. The sculptures and art pieces placed here also perfectly satisfy the wife’s preferences.
On the other side of the living room, the designer created a ceremonial double door, with half-height plaster lines designed at the junction with the hallway, paired with high-end gray paint in a Nordic style for color separation. The gray and white colors embody softness, rigidity, warmth, and coldness, making this versatile and uplifting high-end gray suitable for home spaces.
03 / Balcony
Hidden design enriches the functionality of the space

This is the balcony area behind the sofa, where a transition in material is made on the ground to ensure the independence of the balcony. The embedded wall cabinet with maximum storage uses cabinet doors similar in color to the flooring, maintaining spatial unity.

The black and white retro patterned tiles on the floor, along with the art pieces favored by the wife, create a unique identity, injecting soul and personality into the house.
04 / Dining Room
Using wall designs for cabinets to increase storage space

The transparent pendant lights with a retro industrial feel create a warm and romantic dining atmosphere.
The dining room features vintage Nordic industrial-style furniture, with black lines contrasting with large areas of white, and minimalist details uphold the quality of the entire dining area.

On the side of the dining room, the designer also created a large side cabinet to meet the storage needs for daily cooking. The blank space on the wall is reserved for the homeowner to freely design after moving in, adding fun to life.
05 / Kitchen
Refreshing colors to eliminate the greasy feeling in the space

The waterproof gypsum board ceiling and embedded downlights easily illuminate every area.

The connection between the kitchen and dining room was originally a poorly functional north balcony, which the designer transformed into an open western kitchen area, accommodating coffee machines, juice machines, bread machines, and other small appliances to enhance the quality of life.
06 / Bathroom
Skillfully using terrazzo to create a quality space

07 / Bedroom
Warmth for easier sleep

Compared to public areas, the bedroom has a softer style, with extensive use of a dusty pink color, complemented by an oil wax leather bed, brass wall lamps, and a black walnut vanity, creating a gentle atmosphere without losing quality.

The white wardrobe on one side of the bedroom also adopts an embedded design, allowing all clothes, accessories, and bags to be neatly stored. In the bedroom space arrangement, the designer suggests minimizing furniture placement to allow for more open space, which is conducive to better sleep.
07 / Children’s Room
Simple design to allow for growth space

According to the designer, children will always grow, making it more important to create a “long-lasting” children’s room. Comfortable colors and simple designs provide ample space for children to grow. Over time, children can use various decorative items to create their own room, enhancing their sense of ceremony regarding their lifestyle.
08 / Study
Hidden design enriches the functionality of the space

Opening the double doors from the bedroom leads to the study, which the designer also transformed into a yoga room to meet the homeowner’s needs. The low-saturation blue-green walls create a calming atmosphere for yoga or study.

It is worth mentioning that the cabinet in front of the study desk can actually fold down to become a bed, catering to overnight guests. The calm space paired with minimalist furniture ensures every line is neat and tidy. The light white gauze curtains sway in the wind, contrasting with the heavy dark colors in the home.
In simplicity, there is no lack of detail; in minimalism, there is no lack of warmth. This understated 132㎡ home hides many surprises, satisfying functional living while also incorporating spiritual settings. The designer enhances the spatial sense through fluent movement lines and contours.
The stable blue tones embody the most authentic state of life, simple yet powerful, plain yet full of vitality. Does this home captivate you?
