The spring weather is delightful, with the ‘C Repair’ halfway through, maintenance personnel from various specialties are making the most of the spring, taking on responsibilities with full commitment, clarifying work objectives, and detailing task assignments. They are busy with ‘spring inspections’, tackling ‘C Repair’, and ensuring power supply with higher standards, stricter requirements, and more practical measures.
Before starting work each day, management personnel from the equipment department conducta safety briefing on ‘Three Exchanges and Three Checks, Five Clarities’, implementing the principle of ‘Safety First, Life Above All, Management as the Foundation, Efficiency as the Priority’. They also study violation cases as ‘negative teaching materials’ to enhance warning education, allowing maintenance personnel to improve their safety awareness and self-protection consciousness through ‘shock education’. The company holds a coordination meeting for the maintenance of Unit 1 at 19:00 daily, where management personnel report on the day’s maintenance progress, quality, and safety, continuously improving the maintenance process and forming a closed-loop management system on a ‘daily’ basis to ensure efficient maintenance work.
This ‘C Repair’ is based on the inspection and treatment of boiler anti-wear and anti-explosion, focusing on equipment reliability management, and aiming to ensure long-term stable operation of equipment. With the fighting spirit of ‘the start is a decisive battle, the beginning is a sprint’, we are tackling tough challenges, shouldering heavy burdens, and overcoming difficulties with ‘top standards and full commitment’ in the ‘C Repair’.
During the ‘C Repair’ of Unit 1, the spring inspection work is also proceeding as scheduled. The equipment department promptly held a spring inspection mobilization meeting to convey the requirements of relevant documents at all levels and to detail the department’s spring inspection work, emphasizing the implementation of key measures for preventing wind, lightning, fire, explosion, and flood during the spring. To ensure that every safety measure is effectively executed during the maintenance period, the department requires all staff at all levels to take responsibility seriously and manage strictly, ensuring that the ‘spring inspection’ is organically integrated into the ‘C Repair’ of the unit, allowing both tasks to be implemented simultaneously and mutually promote each other to achieve the expected results.
The equipment department will continue to strictly advance the inspection projects according to the ‘spring inspection’ plan and continuously track and rectify any issues found. During the maintenance process, attention will be paid to incorporating issues discovered during the ‘spring inspection’ into the maintenance plan in a timely manner, reasonably arranging personnel, carefully maintaining equipment, and further improving equipment health levels, ensuring that both ‘spring inspection’ and ‘C Repair’ are not neglected.
