1What major products did your company showcase at this exhibition?
At this exhibition, we showcased our company’s MCU products from three main product lines: screen drivers, motors, and general-purpose MCUs.
The screen driver product line exhibited our flagship SWM34S and SWM166 series chips, along with various solution products developed based on these series, such as electric vehicle dashboards, charging station human-machine interaction screens, coffee machine human-machine interaction screens, air purifier knob screens, and other consumer and industrial human-machine interaction solutions.
The SWM34S series of screen drivers adopts the M33 core, with a main frequency of up to 150MHz, built-in selectable 16/8/2M SDRAM, JPEG hardware decoding, SFC high-speed interface, etc., providing powerful graphics processing capabilities and excellent display effects, while also featuring low power consumption, high performance, and high integration. Coupled with our self-developed graphical upper computer development tools, projects can be quickly developed to meet various application needs.
SWM166 is a cost-effective screen driver MCU recently launched by our company, targeting applications with small resolutions below 480X320.
For the motor product line, we mainly showcased the SWM211 chip and some electric control solutions developed based on this series, such as floor fans, ceiling fan lights, vacuum cleaners, high-speed hair dryers, range hoods, turnstiles, and non-electrolytic capacitor angle grinders.
SWM211 is a high-performance, highly integrated, and highly reliable electric control MCU. The SWM211 core is based on CORTEX-M0, with a main frequency of 90M, integrating high-speed ADC, multiple operational amplifiers, and comparators, as well as resources such as a trigonometric function calculation module, hardware divider, and quadrature encoder interface.
In Huaxin Micro Special’s motor solutions, we have incorporated our self-developed sensorless FOC algorithm, which has been optimized and iterated over the years, featuring stability and efficiency. This allows the 211 series chips to be widely used in various electric control applications.
The general-purpose MCUs mainly showcased our flagship SWM181, 241, 260 series chips and their various application products, such as air conditioning indoor unit control boards and testing instruments equipped with different sensors.
2What changes have you observed in the demand for screen driver MCUs this year? What market progress has your company made?
The application of screen driver MCUs is essentially human-machine interaction, which can enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency in actual products.
This year, Huaxin Micro Special’s screen driver MCU series products have been performing well in market applications. The use of screen driver applications in consumer, industrial control, medical, and various other applications has been increasing. So far, Huaxin Micro Special has over 600 customers.
As the original manufacturer of screen driver MCUs, our products are continuously optimized and iterated based on customer needs to meet different application requirements, while also providing supporting development tools to assist customers in accelerating project development.
3In a competitive market, how is your company positioning itself in the motor control market?
This year, the market is indeed competitive.
The electric control system mainly includes electric control MCUs and electric control algorithms.
Huaxin Micro Special’s electric control MCU series aims to provide high performance, high computing power, high stability, high integration (integrating MCU, pre-driver, MOS, LDO, etc. in the chip), and cost-effective products.
In terms of electric control algorithms, the company has developed a platform with good stability, high execution efficiency, high robustness, low noise, low vibration, and good compatibility.
Currently, the company has new product plans for a three-in-one chip (highly integrated packaging of MCU, pre-driver, MOS), which can achieve electric control applications below 30V and 40W, with high integration targeting some low-voltage, low-power PCBA structures. Additionally, we are planning to upgrade the process for a vehicle-grade electric control MCU.
Currently, our company is mainly focusing on meeting market demand with our products and services, targeting specific electric control application scenarios.
4What is your evaluation of the 2023 electronica South China exhibition?
The electronica exhibition is a globally renowned trade exhibition for electronic products, and our company attaches great importance to and actively participates in this exhibition. From what we observed on-site, the exhibition experience was good, and the quality of the audience was high, bringing us many business opportunities and collaboration prospects.
We look forward to participating in the next electronica exhibition and hope to have better display and communication opportunities at the event.
