Introduction to EMBT Technology

The principle of its technology is to treat waste (classified kitchen waste or mixed municipal waste) as a mixture of organic matter and combustible materials. Through the biological hydrolysis process, easily biodegradable organic matter in the waste is hydrolyzed and acidified, followed by dewatering to achieve the separation of organic slurry and combustible materials. The slurry undergoes anaerobic digestion to produce biogas for biological energy utilization, while the separated solid phase component has a moisture content of about 40% and a low calorific value of 1600-2000kcal/kg. If further biologically dried to a moisture content of 10%, the calorific value can reach 3000-4000kcal/kg, making it suitable as RDF fuel for industrial kilns such as cement kilns and power plants, or it can be utilized through incineration/gasification.

Features of EMBT Technology

Significant Waste Reduction and Resource Recovery
