The Internet of Things (IoT), as an industry covering a wide range of fields, has permeated various aspects of daily life. From identity authentication systems and electronic toll collection (ETC) to smart home control, IoT technology plays a core role in the integration of various hardware devices and network communications. With the continuous advancement of fifth-generation mobile communication technology (5G), it is expected that IoT will lead a new wave of technological innovation and application. Our school, as one of the few institutions offering full-time IoT professional education, has accumulated a solid teaching foundation over the years. This major implements a “1+X” certificate system, allowing students to obtain: 1+X big data application development (Java): junior and intermediate skill certificates; 1+X network system construction and operation and maintenance (in cooperation with Huawei): junior and intermediate skill certificates; industrial robot integration application “1+X” vocational skill level certificates; and industrial robot system operator certificates.
In addition, students can also obtain certificates such as programmer, information processing technician, computer network engineer, network information security engineer, and level two computer certificates, etc.
