1. Introduction of the Teacher

Professor Xia Yuwen graduated from Tsinghua University in 1968 with a major in computer technology and devices. In 1981, he obtained a master’s degree in communications from Beihang University. He later studied abroad as a government-sponsored scholar at the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney. After returning to China, he served as a professor at the School of Electronic Information Engineering at Beihang University and is recognized in the EDA industry as an excellent teacher and design expert. Professor Xia has been teaching for over forty years, nurturing countless graduates and undergraduates who now work in well-known companies and key positions in China’s IC design field.
