As it silently integrates into our lives,
from the devices in our hands,
to the bustling streets,
have you ever wondered:
How exactly does AI change us, and even shape an unprecedented world?
In the “Artificial Intelligence Industry Practice” class, students from the MBAS3205&3206 classes, with these questions in mind, embarked on an exploration journey full of unknowns and innovations with Professor Chang Xiangyu.
Part 1: Setting Sail in Class, Building Knowledge Framework
In Professor Chang’s class, complex concepts such as artificial intelligence, big data, machine learning, and neural networks are cleverly transformed into vivid and easily understandable knowledge.
With the teacher’s guidance, applications in various practical scenarios, from papers, stocks to opening stores, and even exploring feasible ways to earn money through technology, each scene is closely related to everyone, and each one leaves everyone in awe.
Thus, we deeply realize that artificial intelligence is not out of reach, but rather within our grasp!
Part 2: Exploring Innovation, Understanding Intelligent Agents
New Skill Acquired! [Agent]. Professor Chang invited Mr. Peng, founder of Pengfeng Technology, and Mr. Liu to explain the Dify Agent and RAG applications built on PerfXCloud, showcasing the strong potential of domestic platform companies in the field of intelligence!
Part 3: On-Site Visit, Touching the Future of Data
With the arrangements of Professor Chang and Teacher Guo Yueming, students welcomed an extraordinary on-site visit, stepping into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Big Data Research Institute, experiencing the “data paradise” that plays a crucial role in the real world.
Director Hong Boran of the Engineering Consulting Center guided the students on a tour, and through explanations and introductions, everyone realized that this is not only the forefront of technology but also a fertile ground for data, witnessing firsthand how big data transforms into industrial power, and how the Greater Bay Area leads the wave in the global data intelligence era.
The communication session was a highlight of this visit, where Director Hong and Mr. Zhang Zhiqiang, CEO of Taishan Technology, shared insights on the industrial applications of artificial intelligence and big data, providing students with an exciting presentation.

Students have taken the first step in unveiling the mysteries of artificial intelligence, and in the process of deeply discussing the infinite possibilities of AI, teachers and students explored together how this technology reshapes future management methods and career development. Although the course has temporarily come to a conclusion, for the students, the journey of exploring future technology will officially begin!

MBA/EMBA Program Introduction:
In 1990, Xi’an Jiaotong University became the first pilot institution for MBA education in mainland China, with the first cohort of 9 MBA students enrolled. In 1991, Xi’an Jiaotong University became one of the first nine institutions recognized by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee for MBA degree education, advocating and promoting MBA education in China, with representatives such as Wang Yingluo and Li Huaizhu making continuous contributions to the MBA professional degree education in China. In 2002, the EMBA program of Xi’an Jiaotong University was approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, becoming one of the first EMBA education programs approved in China. Over 30 years, more than 10,000 MBA students and over 3,000 EMBA students have been enrolled, with more than 2,000 students currently studying.
Inheriting the fine tradition of a century of education at Jiaotong University, the MBA program is positioned with “Chinese Roots, Global Vision”, supported by leading management, economics, and other disciplines in China, dedicated to cultivating high-quality, versatile talents with innovative awareness, global vision, and social responsibility.
