Recently, the Nuodong Coal Mine has established a special inspection team based on its supervisory responsibilities to conduct special supervision and inspection of safety production responsibilities in key areas and critical links of the mine, ensuring that all safety production decisions and deployments are implemented with strict discipline.
The mine’s Discipline Inspection Commission and Safety Supervision Department closely monitor the safety production responsibility chain. They review documents, conduct on-site inspections, and hold individual discussions, focusing on the implementation of documents such as “Guizhou Yunen’s Decision on Safety Work for 2025” and local industry management requirements. They check whether the safety management department fulfills its supervisory responsibilities and whether other production departments implement their work as required. For issues identified during inspections, such as inadequate performance by management personnel and responsibility lapses, on-site rectification requirements are proposed, and a list of issues is established to ensure proper rectification.
Based on actual conditions, the mine conducts in-depth inspections in key locations such as the mechanical repair workshop, surface substation, sewage treatment station, and surface explosives depot, focusing on equipment management, fire safety facilities, and emergency plans through “embedded” inspections. By using video monitoring and randomly checking the work performance of on-duty personnel, they promptly issue “Inspection Recommendations” for the 12 issues identified during inspections and conduct management discussions with individuals who are not performing their duties adequately, promoting a closed-loop management of issue rectification.
Safety is a “red line” and also a “bottom line.” The mine strengthens the full-chain control of “supervision + rectification + follow-up checks,” incorporating the fulfillment of safety production responsibilities into daily supervision priorities. They impose serious accountability for inadequate rectification and perfunctory responses, promoting the establishment of a supervisory management system that is “horizontal to the edge and vertical to the bottom,” solidifying the safety production defense line with strict discipline to ensure the safe and efficient development of the mine.
