Guoxin Technology’s MCU products feature high performance, high security, and low power consumption. All automotive-grade MCU products are 32-bit, using 40nm eFlash technology. The new generation of high-performance automotive electronic MCU product CCFC3012PT is embedded with multiple independent automotive standard communication interfaces and is equipped with a large storage capacity. It is designed and produced according to automotive electronic Grade 1 standards, information security Evita-Full standards, and functional safety ASIL-D standards, ensuring high reliability and high security.
It can be applied in the fields of smart cars, assisted driving, smart cockpits, and highly integrated regional control. Guoxin Technology’s MCU products are also designed based on the self-owned intellectual property of the C*Core CPU core, supporting various international and national cryptographic algorithms, meeting the safety application requirements within vehicles.
0.2 DSP Technical Features
Using 12nm automotive-grade technology and equipped with the HIFI5 core, the single-core computing power reaches up to 6.4GFLOPS, significantly improving performance compared to international competitors. Its DSP chip has innovatively optimized functions such as FIR/IIR hardware accelerators and ASRC asynchronous sample rate conversion, meeting the high-end audio technology requirements such as Dolby Atmos.
0.3 Positioning and Application Scenarios
Its MCU products mainly target the automotive electronics field, covering body control, powertrain control, automotive domain control, new energy battery management systems (BMS), automotive-grade safety MCU, and automotive electronic mixed-signal products across seven major product lines. Specific application scenarios include overall vehicle control, body gateways, airbags, keyless start, T-BOX, air conditioning, seat, and lighting control, etc. In addition, Guoxin Technology’s MCU products have passed the AEC-Q100 reliability tests, obtained national cryptographic information security certification, and achieved functional safety levels of ASIL-D. The information security meets EVITA-Full, providing basic security services for automotive information security and vehicle networking communication. The DSP chip is suitable for smart cockpit audio processing, industrial noise reduction, professional audio, and conference systems, supporting multi-channel audio signal processing and various audio effect technologies. Guoxin Technology also collaborates with several leading industry companies to jointly create a complete DSP algorithm ecosystem, promoting the large-scale implementation of solutions in automotive audio, industrial noise reduction, professional audio, and conference systems.

Guoxin Technology actively expands its market and technology boundaries in the MCU industry through cooperation. It has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Kongjie Zhi Neng to jointly promote the application of AI MCU chips in industrial control, smart home appliances, and new energy fields. Guoxin Technology also collaborates with Meidian Technology to develop smart sensor modules based on AI MCU chips for applications in automotive electronics, smart home appliances, and smart care. With the acceleration of automotive intelligence and electrification, the global automotive MCU market is expected to exceed 10 billion USD by 2025. In China, the penetration rate of new energy vehicles continues to rise, and smart driving technology is rapidly spreading from high-end models to mid- and low-end models. The domestic automotive MCU market is expected to continue expanding in the coming years.
However, the MCU market has long been monopolized by foreign companies, with domestic automotive-grade MCU market share being less than 5%.
