The CM2003 series adopts the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core architecture, offering a 10% performance improvement over the Cortex®-M0 core, with a main frequency of 24 MHz, and features efficient processing capabilities such as single-cycle multiplication and integer division, significantly enhancing software execution efficiency.
Downward Pin Compatibility with 8-bit MCUs
The CM2003 series currently offers small package chips in TSSOP20 and QFN20, which maintain pin compatibility with Nuvoton Technology’s N76E003 series, MS51 series, and ChipTang Nanjing’s CM1003 series.
Free Provision of Keil® MDK IDE Platform
The CM2003 series provides free professional tools from Keil® MDK: Keil MDK Nuvoton Edition – Full Cortex-M. This service supports all Nuvoton products based on Arm® Cortex-M processors, including Arm Cortex-M0/M0+/M23/M33/M4/M55/M7/M85, and can be used for commercial purposes.
