The iTOP-RK3588 development board has successfully adapted to Wanghuo Real-time Linux, and this update will provide stronger support for applications requiring higher real-time performance.
Testing has shown that this solution performs well in terms of real-time capabilities. The maximum system latency is 7us (based on cyclictest testing), and the maximum jitter for the EtherCAT 125us periodic task is 5 microseconds (based on Anycontrol testing). Additionally, after prolonged CPU stress testing, the system remains stable under high load conditions, with temperature and power consumption kept within normal ranges, without any crashes or freezes. The test results indicate that the Xunwei iTOP-RK3588 and Wanghuo Real-time Linux hardware and software solution demonstrates good performance in terms of real-time capabilities and reliability.
