ANet Smart IoT Gateway
The ANet Smart Communication Management Series is an embedded hardware computer platform that features multiple downstream communication interfaces and one or more upstream network interfaces. It serves as a bridge between the data collection terminals and the platform system in information collection systems, capable of aggregating data from devices such as water meters, gas meters, electric meters, and microcomputer protection devices according to different collection protocols, and forwarding the data from field devices to the platform system using the corresponding protocols.
The ANet Smart Communication Management Unit supports receiving commands issued by the upper master station system and forwarding them to intelligent series units within the target area, completing remote control of the switching devices in the plant for opening and closing operations or parameter adjustments, achieving remote control and remote tuning functions to fulfill the goal of remote output dispatch commands.
As a communication interface device between the automation system network and monitoring equipment, the ANet Smart Communication Management Unit provides multiple functions including protocol conversion, transparent forwarding, data encryption and compression, data transformation, and edge computing.
The ANet Smart Communication Management Unit processes data collection and forwarding in real-time with parallel multitasking and can send platform data through multiple links. Through dedicated configuration management software, it allows for the selection of different communication protocols for each channel and can change the number of connected measuring devices and data information by modifying the configuration file without needing to change the software program.
