AnyMesh-BWL-2W Self-Organizing Network Radio 20km Air-to-Ground Long-Distance Test

The team conducted a 2-watt self-organizing network radio 20-kilometer video transmission test at the invitation of the client. One end was located on the roof of a car at the hillside of Jinshan Temple (approximately 200 meters above sea level), while the other end was on a hill next to Huijia Vocational College (approximately 50 meters above sea level). Under a 10M bandwidth, multiple speed tests were conducted, with iperf stabilizing at a rate of 8-9M. Below are the detailed data from this test.

01 Test Environment

Location Deployment: One end on the roof of a car at the hillside of Jinshan Temple (approximately 200 meters above sea level), the other end on a small slope next to Huijia Vocational College (approximately 50 meters above sea level).

Weather Conditions: Clear day, wind force level 4, with haze.

Distance Between Ends: Approximately 20 kilometers.

● Why has shortwave communication remained popular over the years?

● Recommended products | A few walkie-talkies that are widely used, with good quality and reputation

● Homemade Yagi antennas add more possibilities for radio communication

● Typical case | Don’t let curiosity become a “death warrant”! Why did radio equipment gifted from abroad become a tool for espionage?
