Today, we will briefly introduce the H618 chip from the H series.
The H618 integrates a quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A53, Mali™-G31 GPU and Allwinner’s self-developed image enhancement engine, providing strong CPU processing power to meet various differentiated business needs. It supports up to 8K@24fps H.265 video decoding and 4K@25fps H.264 video encoding, with rich audio-video interfaces, applicable to OTT, smart screens and other product forms.
It maintains the best user experience in terms of streaming compatibility, smooth online video playback, image quality, and overall performance. The H618 supports various video decoder formats such as H.265, H.264, VP9, AVS2, AVS/AVS+, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, VC1, VP8, and high-performance H.264 video encoder, meeting the growing demand for multimedia playback and video communication.
The H618 also provides a rich set of peripheral interfaces, such as USB2.0, SDIO3.0, 1000 Mbps EMAC, TSC, SPI, UART, CIR, etc. The H618 adopts a new generation of power-saving technology, reducing power consumption by 20% compared to the previous generation.
