The technical team from the Airport Robotics Service Company was invited to the TCL Air Conditioner (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. intelligent manufacturing base to conduct in-depth research on the application solutions of intelligent robots for outdoor cleaning in the park and indoor cleaning in production workshops. This collaboration aims to optimize the cleaning and maintenance system of the TCL Wuhan factory through robotic technology, further enhancing the operational efficiency of its “smart factory”.
Focusing on Two Major Scenarios to Customize Cleaning Solutions
In terms of outdoor cleaning, the Airport Robotics Service Company showcased an intelligent patrolling solution, where the intelligent patrolling robot autonomously plans the cleaning path for the park roads, utilizing laser radar to achieve obstacle avoidance, resulting in a cleaning efficiency that is more than three times that of manual labor. For the high cleanliness requirements of the production workshop, the team proposed a combination solution of “indoor washing and mopping robot + intelligent trash can”, where the robot can identify contaminants such as oil stains and debris and automatically adjust its cleaning power.
