Hello everyone! Learn a small piece of industrial control knowledge every day. I am Xiao Zhi, and today I will continue to teach you about the fifth lesson of touchscreen standard layout (internal standards of foreign companies). Let’s start learning!
Requirements for the function selection interface are as follows:
Function Blocking:
1. The blocked function area is mainly related to equipment operation. Depending on special requirements, certain functions need to be blocked, such as blocking MES. When the blocking function is triggered, a pop-up prompt and a green light flashing prompt (1Hz frequency) are required to allow the equipment to continue operating;
2. Requirements for blocking function keys:
a. Text descriptions must display the current function status: e.g., XX function is enabled, XX function is blocked;
b. Blocking function keys must be distinguished by different colors; the blocked function will be indicated in red.
c. Safety-related blocking buttons for production line equipment must not be displayed on the human-machine interface (e.g., safety door blocking, light curtain blocking, emergency stop blocking, etc. must be excluded).
Connection of Front and Back Processes:
Can be divided into upstream and downstream equipment, specific equipment names can be noted below, mainly displaying the information to be interacted with and the waiting sensing lights.
Operation Help:
The operation help interface can query device processes, operating instructions, alarm codes, and precautions.
Changeover Recipe:
The changeover recipe interface can add and modify parameters that need to be changed during the changeover of different model products, achieving the goal of one-click changeover. It is recommended to include process changeover parameters and equipment changeover parameters (e.g., servo position, temperature, wind speed, speed), and please confirm with an engineer during the design.
Device Maintenance Interface Requirements:
1. After clicking the device maintenance button, a confirmation interface pops up. Click confirm to enter the device maintenance interface, click cancel to exit. The font of the buttons in the pop-up is SimSun, font size: 20, color: black. The prompt text font is SimSun, font size: 36, color: red.
2. The prompt text must be unified as “Device maintenance in progress, please do not operate! — Please lock the sign before maintenance”;
3. After maintenance is completed, an account password is required to unlock. After entering the correct account password, click the exit button to exit maintenance;
4. Different sized touch screens should be enlarged according to the display ratio.
5. The device maintenance interface is shown in the following figure:
The background color is yellow RGB: 255, 255, 0. The prompt text font: SimSun, font size 72, color: red. To exit maintenance mode, click the exit permission login button, enter the correct username and password, and then press the exit button.
