Projects should be designed around the above STM32 development boards, fully utilizing the functions and performance of the development boards. On the premise of using this development board as the main platform and fully utilizing the development board’s functions and performance, external devices (such as sensors, displays, wireless modules, etc.) can be added to realize system functions.

In addition to the officially designated development boards, students can also choose self-made boards and third-party development boards based on STM32G0/G4/L4/F4/F7/H7/MP1 series chips as the main control.

Note: For outstanding works that win first prize or above in the finals, we provide opportunities to publicly promote the students’ corresponding works demonstration videos and related introduction documents on ST’s Chinese community and other social media.

2. Ways to Obtain Development Boards

Students who successfully register can purchase the designated development boards at competition prices by scanning the QR code below after passing the competition review.

(2) ST-BearPi Joint Competition Topics

Using the BearPi-HM Micro development board developed based on STM32MP1 hardware platform provided by BearPi, design and develop creative applications based on OpenHarmony.

In other words, the work must use: BearPi-HM Micro development board. Participating students should creatively solve practical problems, and application scenarios and cases can refer to learning materials (Southbound and Northbound documents).

After completing registration, BearPi will review the submitted projects and plans of the participating students, providing free BearPi-HM Micro development boards for those who pass the review. After the competition, teams that win third prize or above in the finals can keep the BearPi-HM Micro development boards, while the rest of the free BearPi-HM Micro development boards need to be returned.
