Yuejiang has become the first company in the collaborative robot industry to achieve a shipment of 100,000 units, marking a key step in the processes of scaling, industrialization, and globalization. Domestic robot companies represented by Yuejiang are redefining China’s global competitiveness in “smart manufacturing” with solid quality foundations and leading technological innovations.
As the first collaborative robot company to achieve fully automated production processes, Yuejiang has established the industry’s largest collaborative robot production base, with assembly precision for key components such as reducers and motors reaching ±0.01mm. The product’s CPK value consistently exceeds 1.34, far surpassing manual standards, with a deviation rate reduced by 80%. Before leaving the production line, Yuejiang robots must pass 171 super-national standard tests and thousands of real-world validations to ensure “zero defects” delivery.
Previously, Yuejiang launched the new generation of embodied intelligent humanoid robot DOBOT Atom II, which features advanced upper and lower limb coordinated control capabilities and instantaneous response speed, along with comprehensive upgrades in operational capabilities. Yuejiang’s embodied intelligent humanoid robots have been validated in multiple application scenarios by leading global clients, including Tencent’s Robotics X Lab, Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Lab, and Damo Academy, as well as international industrial and commercial giants like Mazak, ASKA, and AI Korea, along with global partners such as Vietnam’s Alta, Italy’s CampuStore, and Chuan Technology.
Currently, Yuejiang robots are not only suitable for industrial scenarios with high dust, high oil contamination, and high rhythm but have also gained access to the “tickets” of 80 Fortune 500 high-end clients globally, successfully entering fields that are extremely sensitive to quality, such as medical and semiconductor industries: in Europe’s largest clinical laboratory organization, Labor Berlin, Yuejiang robots have successfully automated the entire experimental process from sample collection to archiving; in semiconductor workshops, Yuejiang’s composite robots efficiently complete precision manufacturing tasks such as wafer handling and loading/unloading…
