After entering the system, if you cannot adjust the screen brightness, there are two possibilities. First, you may need to install a software. Go to the official website’s download section and find the hotkey driver software. After installing it, you can normally use the combination keys to adjust the screen brightness. Second, the graphics card driver may not be installed correctly, which prevents brightness adjustment; installing it will resolve the issue. To normally adjust the LCD brightness, please press Fn + combination keys or press Fn + combination keys. If pressing Fn + or Fn + does not adjust the LCD brightness, please download the software from the official website.
There is a power icon in the lower right corner of the laptop, as shown in the image below, which is an icon of a battery and plug; click on it.
