Advantage 1, Compact Size

LED displays are made by encapsulating very small and fine LED chips in transparent epoxy resin, making them very compact and lightweight, saving a lot of materials and space in production and application.

Advantage 2, Very Low Power Consumption

The operating voltage of LED displays is generally only 2~3.6V, and the operating current is only 0.02~0.03A, meaning it consumes no more than 0.1W.

Advantage 3, Sturdy and Durable

The LED chips are fully encapsulated in epoxy resin. The small epoxy resin particles are very difficult to break, and the entire lamp body has no loose parts; the chips inside are very difficult to break and have minimal thermal effects that could cause volatilization or melting. These features make LEDs very hard to damage.

Under appropriate current and voltage, the lifespan of LED screens can reach 100,000 hours, theoretically allowing the product to last over 10 years, which is longer than other types of lamps.

LED uses a low-voltage direct current power supply (which can rectify AC to DC), with supply voltage between 6~24V, varying by product. In short, it uses a safer direct current power supply compared to high-voltage power supplies, making it particularly suitable for households and public places.

Advantage 6, Wide Application Range

Due to its compact size, each LED unit is a 3~5mm square or round, making it more suitable for creating devices with complex shapes, such as soft, bendable light tubes, light strips, and uniquely shaped light decorations, which only LED can accommodate.

Advantage 7, Richer Colors

Previously, displays on the market had very limited colors. To achieve color, either paint was applied to the surface of the lamp or colored film was used, or inert gases were filled in the lamp. Therefore, the richness of colors was limited. LEDs are digitally controlled, and the light-emitting chips can emit multiple colors, including the primary colors red, green, and blue. With these primary colors, a system can control and reproduce the colorful world.
