T3C1-4W-1400 Handheld Broadband Self-Organizing Network Radio Line-of-Sight Test at 90km

Introduction The T3C series radio is a new type of broadband wireless self-organizing network radio launched in 2025. The T3C series radios are developed based on a dedicated wireless SDR platform, utilizing technologies such as COFDM, diversity reception, MIMO, dynamic TDMA, intelligent routing, and anti-jamming, resulting in a high-performance broadband self-organizing network radio. It is compatible with high-performance amplifiers of 2x1W, 2x2W, 2x5W, 2x10W, 2x20W, 2x30W, 2x40W, and 2x50W, with a receiving sensitivity of up to -103dBm@5MHz, a peak rate of over 100 Mbps, and a maximum line-of-sight distance of 100 km. Under omnidirectional antenna conditions, the actual measured TCP throughput rate is 30+ Mbps@40MHz@4W and 75+ Mbps@40MHz@20W. It features a large networking scale, high transmission rate, long communication distance, strong anti-jamming capability, stable networking, wide frequency range, fast network joining/leaving, quick routing switching, security, and clear IP voice conferencing/intercom, making it suitable for applications with high performance requirements for radios.1. Under the condition of a 90 km line of sight, the TCP throughput rates of the T3C1-4W-1400 handheld broadband self-organizing network radio were tested at bandwidths of 5MHz, 10MHz, 20MHz, and 40MHz.

  • Software: iperf3 speed testing tool

Test Method: Radio 1 is fixed at a location in Zhouzhi, and Radio 2 is placed at a location in Jingyang, using the iperf3 tool to test the TCP throughput rate.
