Since 2020, Anji has held annual city promotion conferences in Shanghai to promote the city brand and attract investment, signing a large number of quality projects at these events. On the eve of this year’s Shanghai city promotion conference, Anji announced that it would select a batch of projects and companies that have signed contracts at the Anji-Shanghai city promotion conference in recent years for a series of reports titled “The Wind from Shanghai”, showcasing the development achievements of these projects in Anji while promoting the business environment of Anji. Today, we present “Shenjiang Intelligent: The Business Logic Behind a Circuit Board”.
Shenjiang Intelligent is located in the Electronic Information Industry Park of the Development Zone. Entering the production workshop of the company, one can see four production lines running at full capacity, completing the production of nine circuit boards in just over 80 seconds through processes such as printing, surface mounting, drying, and programming, averaging less than 10 seconds per board. These circuit boards will supply downstream digital security equipment manufacturers and are shipped globally after completion. To meet production demands, Shenjiang Intelligent is currently installing and debugging six additional production lines, with an average investment of six to seven million yuan per line.
Liu Qinzhao, General Manager of Zhejiang Shenjiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that their main focus is on digital security, particularly in household applications such as hair dryers, humidifiers, and other small appliances.
A small circuit board hides a “big story”. Shenjiang Intelligent needs to design the circuit diagram according to the functional requirements of the product and accurately mount tiny components onto the designated positions on the circuit board using a high-precision pick-and-place machine; the more precise the assembly, the better the product’s performance. Therefore, apart from manual labor for processes such as material filling and inspection, the company uses intelligent equipment for almost the entire production of the circuit boards. Currently, with a certain scale of refined production, Shenjiang Intelligent is targeting the green home furnishing industry in our county, leveraging advantages such as high supply efficiency and short transportation cycles to develop and produce adapters for massage chairs and other seating products, and has already engaged with several local companies for business cooperation needs.
Liu Xudian, Production Manager of Zhejiang Shenjiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., said: “Our entire industry scale is quite large, so the monthly voltage demand for adapters is about ten million or more.”
The factors for enterprise growth not only require steadily increasing orders and emerging business development but also the nurturing of government services. In March of this year, when the new factory building of the enterprise was not yet completed, facing rising orders, local and relevant departments provided corresponding guidance and services, effectively ensuring the steady development of the enterprise.
“Our equipment can only be installed once, and moving it is very time-consuming. The development zone has also actively helped us coordinate with the factory and park to ensure that the equipment can enter the site as soon as possible,” Liu Qinzhao said.
