New DSQC2000 Wiring for ABB Robot Conveyor Tracking

1. ABB robots support conveyor tracking.

2. Previously, to use conveyor tracking, the robot needed the Devicenet option and the 606-1 Conveyor Tracking option. The robot used the DSQC377 board to receive encoder signals as shown in the image below.

3. ABB robots have updated the hardware for conveyor tracking and started using the DSQC2000 hardware shown in the image below, which supports up to 4 encoder inputs and requires the 616-1 PC Interface option and the 1552-1 Tracking Unit Interface option.

4. The wiring diagram for the DSQC2000 encoder is shown in the image below:
