NB-IoT Smart Water Meter Valve
Operation Guide
The NB-IoT smart water meter will automatically close the valve and stop water supply when in a non-payment state. Therefore, users should pay attention to their water bill balance. When the balance is close to insufficient, please make timely payments to ensure the account balance is in a payable state, avoiding water supply interruption due to non-payment, which can affect your normal life.
1. Valve Opening Steps:
1. First, determine if the water supply is stopped due to non-payment. The NB-IoT smart water meter will automatically close the valve when the water fee is exhausted, and the lower left corner of the LCD display will show ‘Valve Closed’;
2. Use WeChat official account, Alipay, or go to the billing hall to pay the water fee;
3. After successfully paying the water fee, call 5836767 or 5823973 to notify the staff to issue a valve opening command, wait about 10 minutes, then press the button on the meter for about 5 seconds until the display screen characters change, then release;
4. Wait about 2 minutes, the water meter will automatically open the valve, and the lower left corner of the display will show ‘Valve Open’;
5. If the water meter does not automatically open the valve within 5 minutes, press the button again to check if there is a signal indication in the upper left corner of the LCD screen. If there is no signal indication, please call 15567655558.
