Major Upgrade of Yuan Zheng Diagnostic Equipment UI: Optimization of the Diagnostic Process

During vehicle repairs, technicians often need to connect an external power source to charge the car, to prevent battery depletion during the repair process, as battery depletion can cause significant damage to the battery.

We know that the car’s electrical system consists of the engine, battery, and various electrical devices. When the engine is off, only the battery provides power to the car, so it is essential to monitor the car’s voltage during maintenance and repairs.

This may seem like a minor voltage display feature, but it is an absolutely practical function for users. By using the diagnostic equipment, users can always be aware of the vehicle’s voltage status and take timely emergency measures.

Interruption of Diagnostics: Bluetooth Reconnection Allows Continued Diagnostics

Some technicians have reported that sometimes during vehicle diagnostics, the Bluetooth communication between the diagnostic connector and the main diagnostic unit gets interrupted, and after reconnecting, they need to re-enter the system to select the diagnostic software, which increases the operational burden.

Therefore, Yuan Zheng has made improvements in this area. If Bluetooth communication is interrupted during diagnostics, after reconnecting Bluetooth, diagnostics can continue.

Currently, the Bluetooth disconnection and reconnection feature allowing continued diagnostics has been implemented in the software of over 30 vehicle models, including Volvo, Lynk & Co, Peugeot, Citroën, BMW/MINI, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover/Jaguar, Honda, Beijing Hyundai, Yueda Kia, Toyota, Subaru, BYD, Changan, Volkswagen, Fiat, Suzuki, Ferrari, and Isuzu, with plans to expand to all vehicle models in the future.
