Product Overview
The SOC1900S series products are a new generation of recording systems developed by Shenou Company. The hard drive is user-replaceable and utilizes internationally leading voice compression technology, supporting WAV and MP3 file formats, with compression ratios of 2, 4, 8, and 10 times. A default 1TB hard drive can store approximately 32,000 hours of recordings, and when the storage space is full, new recordings automatically overwrite the oldest recordings. It supports call center functions, including customer data management, pop-up screens for incoming and outgoing calls, real-time web monitoring, and one-click outbound calling. It is widely used in government, corporate offices; legal and media telephone interviews, evidence recording; public security, armed police forces; finance, trade, complaint reporting, and service industries.
