Recently, there has been a white screen issue with a control console on the market that cannot display anything. This could be caused by display resolution issues or a dead battery on the motherboard, among other reasons. If your console encounters a white screen and does not display anything, remember that you have seen such instructions here before. Try to handle it yourself first; you might be able to resolve the issue.
Okay, step one. If this is the problem, think back to whether your console’s startup screen looks like this. If so, it might be fixable.
Step one. Connect an external monitor; this way, it can display during startup.
Step two. Press DELETE to enter the motherboard BIOS settings.
Use the left and right keys to enter the advanced settings options. You can switch to Chinese as well.
Then find the ‘System Agent (SA) Configuration’ option and enter it. The Chinese meaning is “系统代理人设置”.
Step three. Select the graphics configuration option “Graphics Configuration”.
Step four. Enter the IGD configuration option “IGD Configuration”.
Step five. Change the resolution of the “IGD-LCD Panel Type” option to “1280*800 LVDS Co”.
Then modify the “Panel color depth” to 18BIT.
Finally, press the “Speed” key to save and exit, or exit through the save and exit option in the last item.
