The overall network image design of “Lan”
The colors of nature are rich and diverse.
Our ancestors began to use
natural minerals and plants
to create various dyes
and cleverly combined objects,
giving many names to colors.
The “Lan” APP
seeks to explore this unique
Eastern color culture system
and the true cultural connotation behind the five-color view,
promoting the development of Chinese culture.
It involves the design of the overall network image App, website,
as well as supporting cultural and creative posters.

bright and vivid colors,
with a minimalist flat style.

representative architecture and elements
from various ethnic groups,
with adjustments made to each poster’s theme.

In the process of designing this book,
illustration techniques from graphic image processing
were used to represent the content.
The content focuses on
weather factors closely related to urban life changes.
Specific climatic change nodes—solar terms—
were extracted to explore
the design of this topic’s book binding and production.
This way, users can learn about
the historical landscapes and cultural customs
of Dalian City at various time points,
highlighting the characteristics of urban life changes
and deepening their understanding and impression
of Dalian.

The topic of “Bouncing Ball”
addresses the current environmental challenges
from the perspective of human destruction.
It aims to introduce
environmental protection awareness and knowledge
to the public,
hoping to solve current environmental issues
and achieve the goals of the “Bouncing Ball” App
for environmental protection.
It also aims to awaken humanity’s
reverence for nature,
as the environment we depend on
needs protection and transmission.
It can also enhance personal qualities and social responsibility,
helping users understand
that the environment needs both protection and transmission.
Environmental protection is like a bouncing ball,
just like the interaction of forces.
This ball originally belongs to tranquility;
when we apply force that does not belong to it,
it cannot refuse.
In the ups and downs with humanity,
it may bring you a moment of “happiness,
but it is not eternal.
Please return the tranquility that this ball originally had
to it, and also to us.
The above are the works completed by the Visual Communication Design Major
with their instructors.
We will showcase the other two majors
in the next platform broadcast.
Everyone, please look forward to it.
Graduation is not the end,
but a true beginning.
After graduation, there are no more curfews,
but remember to come home early.
Little Yi sincerely wishes all seniors
a smooth future,
successful and bright.
Youth does not age, and we will not part!
