Based on the preliminary investigation and detailed investigation results of soil pollution conditions, the large residential community in Baoshan District, GucunBSP0-0103units0301-05、0301-09、0301-10、0302-01green spacesoil samples did not exceed the detection values in“Soil Environmental QualityRisk Control Standards for Soil Pollution in Construction Land (Trial)” (GB 36600-2018) for“Class II Land Screening Values.”In the groundwater samples, only the preliminary investigation pointW2had agroundwatersample where the detection value of antimony exceeded the“Groundwater Quality Standards” (GB/T 14848-2017) Class IV standard limit, with an exceedance depth of5.5 m and an exceedance area of approximately104.2 m2. Further soil pollution risk assessment for the site is required to determine the risk control values and exceedance ranges for the pollutants of concern in the groundwater.
