SMK’s HarvestLoop (Self-contained Power Supply (SCPS) Coin Battery Module) is a sensor-rich energy module capable of harvesting solar energy, supporting wireless power transmission, and communicating via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), all integrated within a size compatible with CR2032 batteries.
This product combines solar energy harvesting technology with Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.3 technology to achieve low-power communication, thereby eliminating the need for battery replacement in remote controllers and sensors.
The module features a compact design that can be directly installed in existing coin battery housings, enabling communication functionality without the need to replace the battery. This is because the battery, photovoltaic cell, communication circuit, and various sensors are all integrated within the module, and the overall size is comparable to that of a coin battery.
Additionally, the module supports wireless power transmission (WPT) through an external antenna, making it usable in scenarios where solar power generation conditions are limited.
